Required qualifications:

Senior Employment Litigator:
Licensed to practice law in California with a minimum of 15 years of employment law litigation experience.

Experience should include:

• Representing employers in California state and federal courts
• Significant trial experience
• Handling administrative claims before state and federal agencies
• Managing appellate matters
• Advising employers on compliance, disciplinary matters, and workplace disputes
• Participating in arbitrations and labor-related proceedings

Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters and provide strategic employer-side counsel.

• Independent and self-directed in a remote environment
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Clear and effective client communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Northern California-based candidates preferred
• Experience representing public and private employers
• Background handling complex, multi-claim employment litigation

Compensation:

$200,000 - $225,000 annually, depending on experience.
Work Model:

Primarily remote.

Candidates must:

• Be licensed in California
• Be able to appear in court in California as required

Northern California candidates preferred, but open to attorneys across California.
