Litigation Counsel – Remote; Virtual Office

An established national labor & employment platform is hiring experienced employment litigation attorneys (5+ years) to join its Virtual Office practice
. These roles are remote by default
, with hearing and deposition requirements varying by position and location
. The practice focuses on administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation
, including EPLI and PEO matters
, supported by strong internal teams and no business development expectations
. Attorneys may select flexible billable hour targets (approximately 1500 or 1850), allowing for meaningful work-life balance while continuing to handle substantive matters. Fully remote opportunities are available in California, as well as EPLI-focused positions in CA, NY, AZ, and TX
.

• Virtual Office platform
• Employment litigation work including administrative charges, EPLI defense, and single-plaintiff matters
  , with some class/PAGA exposure
• Flexible billables (≈1500 or 1850 hours) with compensation tied to hours and experience
• No business development or originations required
• Compensation generally ranges from $135K–$205K
