Insurance Defense / Coverage Attorney – Delaware, Remote

Location:

Wilmington/Newark, Delaware (Remote, with eventual hybrid at Delaware office)

Salary: $130k - $180k base plus total compensation package.

• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Draft legal documents: pleadings, motions, briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
• Participate in building a Delaware office; work initially fully remote, eventually hybrid (2–3 days home per week).

• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
• Residency in Delaware.
• Recent experience in insurance defense litigation.

• Construction litigation, defect cases.
• Medical malpractice, workers’ compensation.
• Appellate experience.
