Litigation Paralegal - Commercial Litigation

Job Description

Prominent law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their growing office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience with civil litigation and experience and strong eDiscovery skills with platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar.

The Litigation Paralegal's responsibilities include:

• Preparing for and supporting attorneys during trials
• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, etc.
• E-Discovery - data ingestion, production setup, privilege review and logging, export management, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of civil litigation defense experience, preferably in a mid-size or large firm environment
• Experience with second generation E-Discovery platforms such as Relativity or Logikcull
• Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant Declaration required
• Experience supporting attorneys during trial (manning the war room, running exhibits, etc.)
