Role Overview
We are looking for driven, professional Notary Publics to join our growing in-person service network. As an independent notary in our system, you retain full control over your schedule and location while benefiting from the tools, support, and brand recognition of Notary Pro.
Our Ideal Notary Public
Controls Their Own Schedule

• Set your availability using our easy-to-use scheduling system (Acuity)
• Appointments are only booked during your available hours
• Most successful notaries are self-employed and block off consistent hours for bookings

Has a Suitable Office or Home Office

• A welcoming space where clients can meet you in person
• A home office, commercial space, or private office in a law/paralegal practice is ideal
• Must be eligible to receive mail at your location to verify your address

Is Tech-Savvy

• Comfortable using 3 smartphone apps as part of your toolkit
• Must complete a structured Onboarding Guide before activation
• Familiarity with basic tech is essential—those struggling with apps may find it challenging

Is a Responsive Communicator

• We use Slack for all internal communication
• You are expected to monitor and respond to messages within a few hours

Requirements

• Valid Notary Public license or commission in your province

• A suitable and private location for in-person appointments
• Ability to receive mail and verify a business listing address
