Un cabinet d'avocats en pleine expansion au Canada recherche un(e) avocat(e) en droit des affaires pour accompagner les clients dans leurs objectifs d'affaires. Les responsabilités incluent la rédaction et la négociation de contrats, la gestion de transactions et la mise en place de structures corporatives. Le candidat idéal aura entre 1 et 5 ans d'expérience, sera membre du Barreau du Québec et démontrera d'excellentes capacités interpersonnelles.
