Associate Attorney
to join our growing practice and help manage our high volume of complex litigation. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship while playing a critical role in our litigation teams. • Draft briefs and legal documents
• Conduct complex legal research
• Assist with discovery and trial prep
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy

• 3–6 years of litigation experience (commercial, content, or Intellectual Property a plus)
• High level analytical/writing skills required
• Complex litigation experience required
• Intellectual property experience a plus

• Fully remote (anywhere in Florida) – firm provides all equipment
• Base salary range of $140,000–$150,000, depending on experience and agreed‑upon hours
• Market‑competitive salary + bonus potential
