Associate Attorney
to join our growing practice and help manage our high volume of complex litigation. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship while playing a critical role in our litigation teams. - Draft briefs and legal documents
- Conduct complex legal research
- Assist with discovery and trial prep
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
- 3–6 years of litigation experience (commercial, content, or Intellectual Property a plus)
- High level analytical/writing skills required
- Complex litigation experience required
- Intellectual property experience a plus
- Fully remote (anywhere in Florida) – firm provides all equipment
- Base salary range of $140,000–$150,000, depending on experience and agreed‑upon hours
- Market‑competitive salary + bonus potential
