We are seeking an exceptional litigation attorney licensed in Texas to join our complex commercial litigation practice. Our firm maintains an active trial docket across Texas state courts, Texas business courts, and federal courts, providing substantial courtroom exposure and hands-on responsibility.

This position is ideal for a sharp, highly motivated attorney with strong academic credentials and superior writing skills who wants to build serious trial experience—not just manage discovery from behind a desk.

We are a team-based structure and environment and have an engaging office culture that fosters skill development and mentorship. However, we are flexible to remote working part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

We represent businesses, fiduciaries, real estate developers, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs in high-stakes disputes throughout Texas and nationally. Our work regularly involves:

• Breach of contract disputes
• Breach of fiduciary duty claims
• Business torts
• Fraud and fraudulent inducement matters
• Real estate and construction litigation

We litigate across major Texas markets, including:

• Houston
• Austin
• San Antonio
• Energy and oil & gas
• Technology and cybersecurity
• Construction
• Transportation

• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Deposition, hearing, and discovery experience preferred
• Meaningful courtroom exposure valued

• Strong academic background
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
• Confident courtroom presence
• Desire to improve through mentorship and hands-on training

• Active trial docket in Texas courts
