Senior Non-Commissioned Investigator
Base Salary: $51,122 The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the candidate selected is eligible for a years-of-service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.
Job Location: Division of Professional Registration, Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, Southeast Region. This position will work from a home office. Day travel is required.

What You’ll Do- Conduct investigations of suspected violations and or incidents related to administrative law.
- Collect, assemble, and preserve facts, statements, affidavits for use in legal actions.
- Prepare and review detailed reports of investigative findings.
- Serve subpoenas.
- Testify in criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.
- One or more years of experience as an Non-Commissioned Investigator or two or more years of civil, administrative or criminal investigative experience, or experience as a law enforcement officer; and graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with specialization in criminal justice, law enforcement, criminology, business administration, social sciences or closely related areas. (Additional qualifying experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for deficiencies in required education.)
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Prior law enforcement experience with an emphasis in investigations.
- Ability to prepare clear, organized and detailed reports of investigative findings.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to travel within the state with some overnight stays.
