This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Litigation Attorney based in Carlsbad, California, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Litigation Attorney will oversee and manage complex litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The role also involves providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, and collaborating closely with clients to develop effective case strategies.
Additionally, the attorney will collaborate with other team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Extensive experience in litigation, including case analysis, legal research, and drafting legal documents
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven track record of effective case resolution
- Knowledge of banking, real estate, and land use law
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in California
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
