Base salary $130k‑$180k, remote initially; hybrid when Delaware office is established.

Founded over 20 years ago, we are a corporate law firm employing over 40 attorneys, representing both domestic and international clients in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, insurance defense and coverage, secured and unsecured lending transactions, PIPEs, general corporate matters, litigation, tax, and intellectual property matters.

• Help build the Delaware office; work remote initially, then hybrid once the office is established.
• Represent insurance carriers, self‑insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.
• Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.
