Counsel Litigation Attorney; Remote

Roth Legal Counsel is seeking a remote Of Counsel litigation attorney with a minimum of five years of experience and a degree from a top law school and/or demonstrated excellence in academics. The ideal candidate is self-driven, business-minded, and flexible. This is a part time role for up to an estimated 20 hours of billable work per week with payment guaranteed by the firm on a bi-weekly basis regardless of collection from the client.

Candidate must have a background in civil litigation, including commercial litigation and real estate matters. Construction law and/or community association law experience is advantageous but not required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Candidate may maintain his/her own practice while performing this role. Candidate must be capable of independently managing complex cases from intake through resolution.
