Internship Overview:

This internship is designed for legal students eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world legal challenges, focusing on contract drafting and a variety of legal activities. As a Legal Intern, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Corporate Lawyer, offering a unique opportunity to delve into legal processes, enhance your drafting skills, and gain exposure to international legal practices all from a remote (work from home) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support the legal team in research and analysis related to corporate law, employment law, and international regulations affecting remote operations.
Participate in the preparation of legal advice and compliance strategies.
Contribute to the management of intellectual property and data protection policies.
Help in coordinating with external counsel and participating in legal projects.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled or freshly graduated in a Law Degree or equivalent legal studies program.
A strong academic record with a keen interest in corporate law, international law, or related fields.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, international work environment.
Proficient in English; additional language skills e.g. Dutch are a plus.
Able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
