Role Description

What to do something meaningful with your law career? We are looking for attorneys with all ranges of experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site Attorney role located in Irvine, CA, with established work from home opportunities each month. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel to public agencies, handling areas such as municipal litigation, code enforcement and quality of life issues.

Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing sound legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in administrative and court proceedings. The Attorney will collaborate closely with other team members in the firm and with local government officials to develop effective legal strategies that serve and improve the community.

Qualifications
  • Experience in drafting motions and thorough legal research
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Experience working with or representing public agencies is not required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Commitment to serving public agencies and improving community outcomes
  • Good team work mentality
  • Independent thinker not afraid of challenges and new experiences
