This is a full-time hybrid position for a Litigation Paralegal based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position has the flexibilty of working entirely at home, at the office, or a combination of both. The role involves supporting attorneys through the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with pleadings and motions. Responsibilities include managing case files, supporting trial preparation, and coordinating with legal teams to ensure seamless case management.
Some flexibility for remote work will be provided.
- Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Proficiency in Legal Research, including case law and statutory analysis
- Experience in drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions for litigation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex case files
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience preferred
