Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
A bit about usBoutique law firm with sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactional practice is seeking a full-time real estate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in a real estate transactional practice. Candidate must have significant experience in the area of commercial real estate law as well as outstanding drafting skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Must be reliable, responsible, motivated, friendly, and able to thrive in a small firm environment.
The ability to work well with and support others is key. Competitive salary and benefits.
- Origination bonus program pays 15% bonus of monthly amounts collected on originated matters.
- Annual billable hours goal is 1,750. Production bonus program pays an annual bonus of 5% of salary base at 1,800 billable hours, plus an additional bonus of 40% of billing rate for each billable hour above 1,800 billable hours.

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.
- 3-6 years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney, with a focus on representing sophisticated real estate investors and developers.
- At least two years of experience at a larger, national, or regional law firm.
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
- Candidates with significant litigation or corporate experience will not be considered.
