We are seeking a lateral level (business not required or expected) Partner or Senior Counsel with 8+ years of experience in general casualty tort defense. The ideal candidate will have first or second chair trial experience and be adept at managing high-exposure defense cases.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-10 years experience in general casualty tort defense. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a docket of litigated defense cases. Possibility of promotion to partner in 2 years,

Active in good standing California Bar membership (Required)

Extensive experience in general casualty tort litigation

Some trial experience (first or second chair)—more important to have strong case management and litigation strategy skills

Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 per year

Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year
