- Lead and manage complex civil rights cases from strategy to settlement.
- Supervise and mentor attorneys and legal staff to ensure high‑quality legal work.
- Collaborate with the Legal Director on strategic litigation priorities.
- Build relationships with community organizations and partners.
- Engage in public education and advocacy‑related activities.
- Assist in managing client relationships and partnerships.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in any U.S. state.
- 10+ years of experience in civil rights or complex civil litigation.
- Track record of supervising legal teams and managing litigation.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and cases simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to social justice and civil rights.
