Medical Malpractice Attorney – Remote (PA & NJ)

Job Duties- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case‑related documents.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting opinions.
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions.
- Attend in‑person and virtual court appearances.
- Analyze and summarize medical or other case‑related records and highlight important information.
Recent medical malpractice experience and ability to manage a full caseload. Will be able to work remotely and attend occasional court meetings.
Remote work available; occasional travel to court meetings or hybrid options in Philadelphia or New Jersey.
