TCPA Litigation Attorney

United States - Full Remote
Salary: $100k-$180k
We are looking for a highly motivated Attorney with an interest in and/or TCPA class action experience. The attorney should be proactive, self-driven, and creative; have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills; and be proficient in pleading, motion, and discovery practice. This position would primarily involve handling plaintiff-side class action matters related to TCPA violations.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and passionate about advocating for those whose religious liberties have been infringed.
What you need to have:- At least two (2+) years of relevant experience
- Experience in TCPA
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.
- Experience and desire to bring in your own cases and build from the ground up
