Associate Attorney, Litigation

RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense to hire Associate Attorneys for remote positions in Connecticut.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle a heavy workload. This role offers broad responsibilities and exposure to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

We offer an excellent base salary of $80,000–$90,000, DOE, and the flexibility to work remotely while appearing in local courts as needed.

• Must be admitted to practice law in Connecticut (multi‑state admission is a plus) and currently reside in Connecticut.
• Minimum of one year of relevant litigation experience at a law firm.
• Superior organizational and time‑management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior management and employees at all levels.
• Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Lexis Nexis considered a plus.
