Associate Attorney – Litigation

We’re growing our employment litigation practice and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Lexington, KY–based litigation team. The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Lexington team’s practice structure and leadership with a particular focus on California matters. This position requires active admission to the California State Bar.

  Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pre‑lawsuit investigations, case analysis, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing (required).
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil defense litigation experience including employment practices liability experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
