Auto Attorney (Car Accidents) – Remote work! – NY / NJ - 130k to 180k

With over 45 attorneys and offices in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, we defend a wide range of matters, including liability, toxic tort, products liability, coverage disputes, and healthcare fraud.
Work fully remote! or hybrid if you prefer (we have offices throughout NY, NJ, and PA).
What we Offer:We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits program. Seeking Areas:- Auto Bodily Injury Litigation
- General Liability
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- Attend in‑person and virtual court appearances
- Recent experience with automotive bodily injury and/or general liability cases
- Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ
