The client, a global law firm, is seeking a Contract Business Immigration Attorney for a remote role that focuses on EB-1, NIW, NIV, and similar matters. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload, primarily dealing with business immigration cases such as EB-1, NIW, and NIV. Key responsibilities include preparing and drafting cases, responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and maintaining regular communication with team members.

The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) and be admitted to a U.S. State Bar. Experience in handling EB-1, NIW, NIV, and RFE business immigration cases is essential, along with excellent writing skills. The ability to multitask and stay connected in a remote team environment is also necessary for this position.
