Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate at the Firm's office located in Pasadena, CA with some work from home flexibility. The role involves working on a diverse range of matters related to labor and employment. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks including drafting motions, representing clients in court, preparing for trials, and conducting depositions.

Qualifications

· Skills in law, courts, and trials

· Experience in preparing and conducting depositions

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

· Admission to the California State Bar
