Litigation Attorney

Rashtian Law Group is a litigation-focused law firm representing individuals in complex employment and personal injury matters throughout California. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented litigation to join either our employment and/or personal injury practice. This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of litigation, including:

• Client intake and case evaluation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Provide strategic advice to clients with empathy and clarity
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members on more complex cases

Manage employment matters including (as applicable):

• Engage in pre-litigation efforts, including demand letters, negotiations, and mediations
• Represent employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and employment contract disputes
• Advocate for clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, and Department of Labor

Manage personal injury matters including (as applicable):

• Represent individuals in involved in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability actions, and related claims

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Excellent writing, legal research, and oral advocacy abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
