Role Description

This is a unique role, combining project management skills, technology integration, and traditional paralegal work. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, interest in learning how to integrate new technology, and familiarity with litigation rules and deadlines.

The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project management systems, managing document systems, as well as drafting, calendaring, and trial preparation.

This is a hybrid role. In-person meetings and collaboration will be essential for developing systems and workflows, but it allows for flexibility and remote work.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in commercial litigation or similar

Proven

• experience in Project Management, with a focus on planning, organizing, and executing projects within set deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Compensation

• Exceptional candidates: $120,000+
