Associate Attorney | Litigation - Direct Hire

Fully Remote (California)
This is a direct hire role with a prestigous law firm. They are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to support a high-volume California litigation practice, including representing major automobile manufacturers in warranty matters in various state and federal courts.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling California civil litigation. This role involves handling all aspects of the case from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, making court appearances, and pre-trial and trial work.
Responsibilities:- Manage a high-volume of projects
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and make court appearances
- Analyze claims and develop case strategy
- Communicate effectively with team and opposing counsel
- 2+ years of California civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to independently manage cases in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
