• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements, including customer/sales and vendor/buy‑side contracts
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to teams globally across the company
• Collaborate with all members of the Legal team across various office locations
• Deliver training and guidance to employees on legal issues, best practices, and company policies
• Support general business operations by responding to requests for assistance as needed

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in‑house at a cloud software company
• 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts, including SaaS agreements
• JD from an accredited law school and an active member of a US state bar
• Ability to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions that balance legal and business risks
• Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking

• AI‑first mentality with the ability to revise and leverage AI output into final work product
• Experience advising business teams on issues relevant to commercial contracts
• Skilled at developing strong working relationships with other business units
• Persistent attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment
