A law firm with two offices across the country is seeking a new attorney with at least one year of civil litigation experience. This attorney will focus on sophisticated subrogation and catastrophic insurance litigation.
This litigation attorney position is ideal for someone who wants to focus on research, legal analysis, and drafting.
The firm is willing to consider attorneys with experience in any civil litigation practice area. The ideal attorney will have experience with discovery, drafting motions, making court appearances, taking and/or defending depositions, and preparing for trial.
This firm has no billable hour requirement, and their attorneys enjoy excellent work/life balance. This firm heavily invests in mentoring and training their attorneys. They will offer this attorney excellent resources in addition to a friendly and collaborative work environment. They have a proven path to partnership - they promote at least one associate to partner every year.

This attorney will have the permanent flexibility to work from home 2 days/week.
Compensation- Salary range $130k to 185k for 1 to ~8 years of exp. (base) with bonuses
- Medical benefits kick in 1st of the month after 30 days of employment:
- They pay 90% of a Blue Cross PPO or HSA (it works out that for a single person they’ll contribute $50/pay period, if you want to add your spouse it’s about $100, for your family it’s about $150)
- Free dental
- They can add on vision for a few dollars a month
- 100% paid long and short term disability AS WELL as long-term care insurance
- 2 weeks of PTO + 4-5 additional days + Holidays
- 401K, the firm does a 3% safe harbor contribution every year in lieu of a match (they contribute 3% of base + bonus) and then if the firm has a good year they’ll throw in an extra 2% as profit sharing
- Paid parking
