100% REMOTE! Technology-driven litigation firm in California!
This job is hosted by Andrea Ankarlo.
Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year.
Location: 100% remote in California.
Base Salary Range: $140k-$160k/year + bonuses (target total compensation of $250k/year range).

- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems.

- Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
- Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
- Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients.
- Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
- Superb research, writing, and analytical ability.
- Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team.
- Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive.
