Equivity is seeking a skilled virtual paralegal with recent law firm experience and proficiency in at least two practice areas (litigation, estate planning, immigration, bankruptcy, corporate law, or family law). This is a remote role supporting attorneys nationwide on substantive legal matters as part of a collaborative, growing team.

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support across multiple practice areas.
• Draft legal documents, manage case files, and track deadlines independently.
• Coordinate with attorneys, courts, and third parties to ensure smooth case progress.
• Adapt to varying legal workflows and manage matters from intake through resolution.

• 3+ years of recent law firm paralegal experience in at least two legal areas.
• Comfortable navigating diverse legal workflows and client needs.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software (Clio, MyCase, etc.).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and excellent communicator.
• Owns a Windows computer, smartphone, and reliable high‑speed internet. Able to work independently in a professional home office.

• Minimum 3 years of recent paralegal experience.
• Ability to respond to client requests within one hour (M–F, 9 AM–6 PM).
• Consistent availability of 20–40 hours weekly.
