This part‑time or full‑time role for a Trademark Attorney requires in‑office presence in Roslyn, NY, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The attorney will handle trademark‑related legal matters, including trademark searches, filings, renewals and opposition proceedings. The responsibilities also encompass working on trademark litigation as well as trademark portfolio management and counseling. The role offers an opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced IP attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the world.
Responsibilities& Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Trademark Law, including trademark searches, filings, renewals and opposition proceedings. Minimum 3 years experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong research and problem‑solving skills.
- Licensed attorney in good standing in New York, as well as the Federal Courts in SDNY and EDNY.
- Willingness to engage in client development, marketing and educational activities.
