Lawyer, Legal Counsel
We are a civil litigation trial firm dedicated to educating and mentoring aspiring trial lawyers. Currently, we are seeking new attorneys who are eager to learn the process of case preparation from inception to trial. This includes gaining hands-on experience in various aspects such as preparing and responding to discovery, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and ultimately, trying cases in court.
At our firm, if you draft a motion, there's a strong likelihood you'll also have the opportunity to argue it. Additionally, in the event that your case proceeds to trial, our partners will actively involve you in the trial process.
The ideal candidates should possess prior experience in managing a caseload, handling written discovery, conducting depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial. While trial experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Our firm offers a transparent and achievable partnership track, with all current partners having advanced from associate positions within the firm.
We are actively seeking multiple candidates to join our growing practice.
