We are seeking a highly experienced Partner‑Level Attorney with a proven track record of client success and a portable book of business of $1 million or more. • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of $1M in portable business.
• 10+ years of legal experience with a strong background in one or more of the following:
  Corporate Law, IP, Tax, Litigation, Real Estate, Private Client, Financial Services, or Regulatory (open to others as well on a case‑by‑case basis).
• Strong commitment to client service and the ability to self‑manage and collaborate virtually across teams.
• Interest in a modern legal model that promotes attorney autonomy and flexibility.
