Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing insurance defense team. The role involves managing a varied Insurance Defense matters including construction defect, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.

• Handle discovery, hearings, and case management for insurance defense matters
• Prepare detailed carrier reports and timely billing in compliance with client guidelines
• Utilize Clio and related applications for case and time management
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members while meeting deadlines

• Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions with minimal oversight
• 160 monthly billable hour requirement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  Ability to multitask and manage a remote caseload efficiently
