ResponsibilitiesThey are seeking a forward-thinking Workers’ Compensation Attorney who can work a hybrid schedule with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Their Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. All they ask is that you live in the State of California and are active with the CA Bar.
