Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

We’re a premier civil litigation law firm in Central Texas, with strong offices in Austin and San Antonio. Our team handles high-stakes, high-profile cases in insurance defense, general liability, product liability, professional liability, coverage disputes, and more. Our attorneys are known for trial experience, stellar advocacy, deep subject matter expertise, and maintaining the highest peer review ratings- including AV-preeminent and Best’s Directory rankings.

• Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners.
• Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.
• Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed.
• Mentor more junior attorneys or associates (if you bring that level of experience).

• Are admitted to practice in Texas.
• Have 5-10+ years of experience defending insurance matters, in litigation and trial settings.
• Excel at legal writing, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom presence.
• Like working in a collaborative but high-standards environment; you balance independence with teamwork.
• Are scalable: able to manage multiple cases with shifting priorities.
