Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

The practice is national in scope, with a strong and growing California presence, and operates on a remote-first platform that allows attorneys to work from anywhere while staying closely connected to leadership.

• Independently manage a California civil defense caseload from inception through resolution.
• Handle depositions, discovery, motion practice, and reporting.
• Own files end‑to‑end with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate closely with leadership in a trust‑based, accountability‑driven environment.

• 3+ years of civil defense experience at an insurance defense firm.
• Active California bar license required.
• Ability to manage cases independently (no hand‑holding).
• Strong judgment, accountability, and follow‑through.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with interest in long‑term advancement.
