We’relooking for a skilled Remote Legal Assistant —located anywhere in British Columbia—to support our mission of making family law smarter, kinder, and stronger.

• Draft, proofread, and revise pleadings and legal documents
• Prepare and coordinate for hearings and trials, including scheduling and file management
• Work directly with lawyers on all aspects of file management
• Manage client files from start to finish

• Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of legal assistant experience (family law experienceisa strong asset)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution‑oriented
