Senior Paralegal

• Provide legal support in areas such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, litigation production, and legal invoicing
• Respond to legal questions and provide compliance direction in coordination with various teams
• Collaborate with the in-house legal team, outside counsel, vendors, and other business units
• Exercise independence and discretion in handling confidential data and senior-level contacts
• Manage and prepare documents for litigation management and e-Discovery processes

• Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in litigation management and e-Discovery, including document red actions
• Knowledge of contract review, particularly confidentiality agreements
• Ability to operate computer programs and communicate effectively in various formats

• Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved school
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma)
