(Option to work remotely 2 days a week after the initial 90-day probationary period)

• Represent clients in family law matters from intake through resolution
• Handle hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and professionalism
• Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive case materials
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and advocacy
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful outcomes
• Meet established billable hour requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar License
• AT LEAST 2-5 YEARS of experience as a Family Law Attorney
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Discovery and civil litigation background a plus
• Bankruptcy background a plus
