Litigation Associate (Texas-Barred) – Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate licensed in Texas who is eager to take ownership of cases and actively litigate.

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Preferred top-tier academic credentials: T-50 law school or exceptional class rank with a federal appellate/district, state supreme court, or similar clerkship
• Strong legal writing skills and ability to prepare first drafts of briefs, motions, and filings
• Demonstrated interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy
• Background or interest in civil litigation, business litigation, contracts, or white-collar matters

• Complex civil and business litigation
• Property-related disputes and eminent domain matters
• High-stakes litigation involving government entities and municipalities
• Matters such as disputes with cities over development fees, open records litigation, and cases involving state attorney general offices
• Drafting briefs and motions, case strategy, discovery, and court appearances

• Bonus: $30,000 – $50,000
• $2,000 home office stipend for equipment and workspace setup

• Fully remote-friendly (Texas license required; Austin area a plus but not required)
• Collaborative team that meets in person every 4–6 weeks
