To be considered, candidates must have 3+ years of litigation experience, with the ideal background being approximately 3 to 6 years, plus strong analytical and writing skills and complex litigation experience. More senior attorneys may be considered only if they are truly exceptional and closely match the firms needs.

• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents in complex matters
• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis on challenging issues
• Assist with discovery, case development, and trial preparation
  
  Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case execution
• Help manage a high volume of sophisticated litigation matters from active case stages through resolution
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Contribute to a niche practice centered on publishing rights, content liability, and other complex disputes

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally around 3 to 6 years
• Complex litigation experience required
• High-level analytical and writing skills required
• Must be based in Florida
• Commercial litigation experience is a plus
• Content or media law experience is a plus
• Intellectual property experience is a plus
• Big law experience is a plus
