• Salary range of $80,000 - $85,000

• Address and manage high-end cases involving serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios
• Develop strategies to bring cases to satisfactory resolution and communicate outcomes to relevant parties
• Identify cases eligible for settlements or redemptions and coordinate with clients
• Monitor local counsel performance and manage investigations as needed
• Attend mediations, trials, and arbitrations to represent the employer s interests

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
  Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
• Ten (10) years of experience handling litigation, including five years of claims management experience
• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles and laws related to the line of business
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience with legal pleadings and discovery processes
• Familiarity with medical management practices and Social Security and Medicare application procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
