Job Description
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Client Legal Services attorneys handling Subrogation litigation matters, under general attorney supervision. This role supports standardized Subrogation case activity by maintaining case information, coordinating schedules, processing filings, and ensuring case workflows move forward accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain Subrogation case compliance within Team Connect (Litigation Management System)
- Enter, update, and manage Subrogation litigation case data, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for Subrogation hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and related events
- Prepare, file, and track Subrogation-related documents in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain organized electronic and physical Subrogation case files
- Provide routine administrative support to attorneys handling Subrogation matters, following defined instructions and guidelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external contacts regarding Subrogation case logistics
- Make basic administrative and case support decisions within established parameters and under attorney supervision
- Manage competing priorities and adjust to changing workloads within a Subrogation litigation environment
- Handle sensitive and confidential Subrogation information with discretion and accuracy
- Administrative experience in a legal, insurance, or professional services environment
- Experience supporting litigation scheduling, filings, and case coordination
- Familiarity with litigation terminology, civil procedure, and case management systems preferred
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
- This role is primarily remote; recurring in‑office attendance is required for operational needs. Designated office:
