Fully Remote | $135K–$170K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

Are you an experienced employment attorney looking to do meaningful legal work—without the pressure of business development or the need for frequent travel? A very reputable national labor & employment law firm is seeking Remote Counsel to join its fully virtual team of respected attorneys. This role is perfect for attorneys who want to focus on high-quality work with flexibility and autonomy.

• Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy
• Contribute to single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters
• Draft position statements, motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memos
• Collaborate with a remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals
• Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with no in‑person demands

• 5–7+ years of employment law experience
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Bar admission in CA or WA is a significant plus
• Strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a remote‑first environment
• Experience with EPLI defense or agency proceedings is a plus

Base Salary Range: $135K–$170K

Annual Bonus:
Up to 10%

Unlimited PTO

Estimated Billable Target: ~1,500 hours
