, offering a predominantly remote practice with the backing of one of the most respected L&E platforms in the country. • Manage administrative agency charges, attorney demand letters, and single‑plaintiff employment litigation for a broad roster of clients.
• Lead case strategy and supervise team members, ensuring high-quality work product.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and review pleadings and motions, and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys across the Virtual Office, with support from paralegals and shared administrative resources.
• Potential involvement in class actions, PAGA matters, and other labor & employment issues.
• Travel as needed (primarily local).

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience handling employment law matters and litigation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.
• Competitive compensation

  Annual salary range of $167,500-$205,000
