Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative agency charges, attorney demand letters, and single‑plaintiff employment litigation for a broad roster of clients.
- Lead case strategy and supervise team members, ensuring high-quality work product.
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft and review pleadings and motions, and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials.
- Collaborate with partners and attorneys across the Virtual Office, with support from paralegals and shared administrative resources.
- Potential involvement in class actions, PAGA matters, and other labor & employment issues.
- Travel as needed (primarily local).
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- 7+ years of experience handling employment law matters and litigation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.
- Competitive compensation

Annual salary range of $167,500-$205,000
