Employment Attorney - REMOTE

Due to growth, they have an immediate need for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years practicing employment law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited top law school.
• 3+ years of wage and hour matters experience.
• Experience with PAGA representative action
• A stable professional background with minimal movement on your resume.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Can independently manage cases from inception to final approval or trial.
