Job Overview
Corporate Immigration Partners P.C. is hiring multiple Senior Business Immigration Attorneys on a full‐time, permanent basis. The position is based in Dallas, Chicago, Boston, or Los Angeles with hybrid arrangements available.
Responsibilities- Diligently prepare and file employment‑based immigration cases, including I‑140, I‑485, L‑1, H1B, O‑1, EB1, EB2‑NIW, PERM, and other non‑immigrant petitions.
- Develop expert knowledge of client cases and the application process for all visa categories.
- Manage projects, deadlines, and documentation; revise and submit required filings to the Department of Labor and USCIS.
- Explain legal terminology and case strategy to clients and foreign nationals succinctly and timely.
- Research legal issues, identify applicable statutes and judicial decisions, and stay current on legislative changes.
- Create solutions to complex legal questions and provide training to client companies on immigration law updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support all client projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients about procedural, case‑processing, and strategic matters.
- Assess the eligibility of corporate foreign‑national employees for non‑immigrant and immigrant status.
- Prepare petitions and applications for submission to the DOL and USCIS.
- Oversee paralegal staff work on record keeping and document preparation to maintain accuracy.
- JD and a current, valid license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- 3+ years of experience in employment‑based immigration law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong grammar.
- Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and problem‑solving.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive contribution to a team‑oriented work environment.
